Dr. Karolin Helbig

Building on more than two decades of experience as a management consultant and in leadership development, along with deep expertise in science, Karolin Helbig helps leaders increase their effectiveness, optimize team performance, and transform their organizations through mindset, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety.  She serves large, international corporations as well as mid-size companies and non-profit organizations and is known for bridging the gap between theory and practice.

Previously, Karolin spent more than 15 years as a top management consultant with McKinsey & Company working as a trusted advisor and in some cases, a hands-on coach to solve client's toughest problems.  Prior to McKinsey, Karolin received her PhD in human genetics from the Phillipps-Universitat in Marburg, Germany.  Today she integrates neuroscience findings that revolutionize the way we understand how human brains function and translates them into applicable and powerful leadership practices.

Minette Norman

A liberal arts major with no STEM background, Minette Norman spent three decades in the male dominated high-tech industry and became a high-powered executive.  In her most recent role as Vice President of Engineering at Autodesk, she transformed how the company developed software.  Responsible for influencing more than 3,500 engineers around the globe, she focused on state-of-the art engineering practices while nurturing a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Today, as an inclusive leadership consultant in her own business Minette Norman Consulting, LLC, she focuses on developing transformational leaders who create inclusive working environments with a foundation of psychological safety.  She is a sought-after speaker in the areas of psychological safety, inclusive cultures, radical empathy, and collaborative teams.
